Story
The Indian Princess Seminole Nation Fundraising Challenge is on! We are the Indian Princess Seminole Nation serving the northern quarter of Broward County, Florida. Our current program membership includes 13 tribes and over 450 fathers and daughters.
The Indian Princess program is different from scouting, sports teams, and many other activities because it is specifically intended to be a parent AND child organization. Our members join the program specifically because father and daughter want to spend more time together.
This year, the Indian Princess Seminole Nation is fundraising for the A-T Children's Project (A-TCP) and their mission to cure A-T. A-T, or ataxia-telangiectasia, is a rare genetic disease that affects children causing loss of muscle control, immune system problems and high rates of cancer. There are 400 children with A-T in the United States and thousands around the world that need our help.
Each of the 13 tribes will be competing to see who can raise the most money for the A-T Children's Project. Whichever tribe raises the most wins the grand prize of going to the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend in 2022! The tribe will be recognized at A-TCP's annual pasta dinner and will spend two nights at Disney's Fort Wilderness campsites. With so many dedicated Indian Princess tribes, it is sure to be a tough competition!
Please help us give HOPE to the A-T community. You may find the Indian Princess tribe you'd like to support on the right-hand side of the page and visit their page to donate.
