The second wave in India has shocked the world, in what is fast becoming the single largest humanitarian crisis since the beginning of COVID-19, Staggering daily infections of 400k with 4k deaths have been reported with no sign of tapering down.
Horrific scenes emerging from India, 100s of people gasping for breath, collapsing on the streets, overwhelmed hospitals, a crippled supply of PPE, oxygen and more.
As usual the most effected are those are already struggling financially, we are making an urgent appeal for a relief fund for the distressed people on India to help them overcome this humanitarian crisis.
