Scottys Little Soldiers, was announced as the chosen charity for national Facilities Management company OCS (formally Incentive FM Group) in 2016. Since then their support has gone from strength to strength.

Employees were encouraged to put forward their most deserving charity to be shortlisted as one of the potential beneficiaries. Once the shortlist was drawn up, the charity's 'champion' gave a presentation on the charity's work to secure the selection at Incentive FM Groups annual conference.

A total of 125 Directors and senior staff, who had previously served in the Armed Forces, unanimously voted to support Scottys Little Soldiers. As part of the partnership, OCS encourages its UK sites and subsidiaries to fundraise on behalf of Scottys.
