Ummah in Crisis - Iftar in Gaza

The Prophet ﷺ said, “Whoever feeds a person breaking his fast will earn the same reward as him, without anything being lessened from the reward of the fasting person.” [Tirmiḍi]
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said, “The best of you are those who feed others.” [Aḥmad]
As we enter the blessed month of Ramaḍān, Seven Wells is launching a blessed campaign to provide ifṭār for the people Gaza every day ان شاء الله تعالى
Whilst we begin to prepare ourselves and our families for the spiritual rewards and divine gifts in this month, please support the people of Gaza where as little as £1 can provide a meal for one person.
Your donation of:
£50 provides a one-week food supply for a family of five.
£100 provides a 15-day food supply for a family of five.
£200 provides a month’s food supply for a family of five.
Or donate any amount you can to the fund.
To expand on this, if you provided food a family of five for one month, that equates to providing 150 suḥūr meals and 150 ifṭār meals in Ramaḍān (for that family of five). According to the blessed Ḥadīth mentioned above, this means you will receive the reward of fasting 150 fasts. It would take one person 5 years (30 days of farḍ fasts in Ramaḍān) to gain the rewards of 150 fasts. What more blessed to way to achieve such a reward in Ramaḍān with our brothers and sisters in Gaza.
Each food parcel contains canned beans, chickpeas, rice, lentils, vegetable oil, iodized salt, date bars and other food items - depending on what is available.
Alongside other Seven Wells campaigns, please continue to donate to Gaza this Ramaḍān, and help our brothers and sisters, who are still struggling to feed their families, despite the ceasefire.
