For a considerable number of years now, the Rotary Club of Hythe has always been present in the High Street during the Festive Season by collecting monies from the public all for the benefit of local charities concerned, come rain, storm or snow. Hythe Rotary's presence has always been accompanied by festive music being played and a well lit up Christmas tree outside The Town Hall in the High Street. We have also on occasions shown a presence in some of the local supermarkets. Throughout this time of collecting, we usually raise good sums of cash for our local charities.

This year, however, we are not able to take our normal place in the High Street. Instead we are seeking online donations.
