Visit the charity's profileJoin us for the Hospital Hero Hike on Sunday 30 April 2023. The hike is a 21 mile walk from Colchester Hospital to Ipswich Hospital which will take you through the stunning Essex/Suffolk countryside.
You will be walking side by side with NHS staff, getting out in the fresh air and improving your fitness, all while fundraising to support NHS staff in your local communities.
The on and off road route is the perfect way to explore and discover the local area.
