Story

On 21 April 2024, #TeamHospiscare will be lacing up their running shoes and preparing to take to the start line of one of the most iconic races in the world, knowing that although 26.2 miles is a challenge, it’s nothing compared to the challenge of a terminal diagnosis faced by so many each year.

But Hospiscare is here to help, because we believe every day matters. For over 40 years, Hospiscare has provided free expert palliative and end-of-life care for those in need, enabling local patients and their families to make the most of the precious time they have left. Our specialist doctors and nurses care for around 2,500 terminally ill patients every year, across Exeter, Mid and East Devon, supporting families through some of the hardest times in their lives.

But we can’t do that without your help.

So please, show your support for #TeamHospiscare as they take on the London Marathon 2024 and make a donation today!
