Do you make resolutions every year and struggle to keep them? Why not give yourself a little more inspiration and motivation and join Hospice of the Valleys Jack it in for January challenge!
This January we are asking our fantastic supporters to raise money by giving up something for the whole of the month.
What you Jack in is entirely up to you. It could be your favorite tipple, sweets or chocolate.
Gentlemen could give up shaving and end January with a beard Santa would be proud of!
Our patients cant give up their life-limiting illness for January but YOU can help make a difference by enabling our Clinical Teams to be there for them and their loved ones when they need us the most.
