Horses 4 Health is, and always has been, about celebrating the positive impact our four-fetlocked-friends have on our mental and emotional wellbeing whilst raising essential funds for equine welfare charities.

This year we're encouraging you to take some time, press the pause button, and commit to connecting with your equine and a friend or two by simply enjoying a hack and chat. (Or, if hacking isnt your thing, a walk and talk!) We ask that everyone who participates donates a minimum of £5.

Or you can fundraise in your own way! Why not offer a poo-picking service for your livery yard buddies? Or swap some elbow grease for donations when you clean tack? And a good old-fashioned cake sale is always a winner!

Last year we were able to donate over £54,000 to 18 equine welfare charities, many of which are small in size but all are making a huge difference to the lives of the horses and people they support, and we would LOVE to do even better this year!

Horses 4 Health is something truly special and we are so glad to have you as part of our community. There is nothing else like this which is aiming to help as many charities as we are, so every pound you can donate or fundraise really will help so much.
