Support your Food & Community Hub

The need for financial advice, food parcels and a friendly listening ear is still vital for so many of our neighbours
The need for financial advice, food parcels and a friendly listening ear is still vital for so many of our neighbours
The Food & Community Hub means something different to every one of our neighbours who comes through the door, but here are a few lines from a poem of hope written by Daren Carey from feedback from visitors to the hub...
It’s love by another name
I can breathe easier
I’m among friends
It’s like the pressure’s being released
It’s thanks we feel deep inside
And the beauty is, just for a while
I can drop my troubles by the door
And when I leave
The load is somehow lighter
Even though I’m carrying hope
And one bag more
This is why month after month our many amazing volunteers come and spread hope among their neighbours, and why I knw you'll continue to support us in any way you can
