Human Needs Food Pantry Backpacks and School Supplies - Pandemic Style

Every year at the Human Needs Food Pantry, we provide each client student with a backpack and the opportunity to select school supplies to fill it for the first day of school. This year we are trying to do the same in a socially distant way.

Here's what's different this year:

The backpacks will be prepackaged with appropriate supplies for Pre-school, Elementary, Middle and High school students. They will be distributed outside during our regular food pickup hours .

We have adjusted the contents to include pandemic related items .

To serve all our current clients we will need about twice as many backpacks as in the past!
