The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe past year has changed life as we all know it, and your zoo has adapted to everchanging restrictions along the way. Unfortunately, with the announcement of another national lockdown, we have closed our gates once again. Despite your now quiet zoo having lost its vital visitor income, our animals still need to be cared for, and our keepers and vets continue in their dedication. It costs over £55,000 to feed the animals in your zoo each month. Can you care for them during this uncertain period by giving a regular donation, or by setting up your own fundraising challenge?
Your generosity has already helped us through this last difficult year, and for that we are so grateful. With an end in sight to this terrible pandemic, we are asking for your help to feed the animals in your zoo until we can open our gates once more.
YOU are our conservation heroes. You've been baking, running, cycling, knitting, swimming in outdoor paddling pools, raffling off artwork, face-painting to name just a few! Every bit of fundraising you have done has helped to care for our animals. Thank you!
If you feel inspired and would like to set up your own challenge, find the start fundraising button at the top of this page. Please email supportus@rzss.org.uk if you have any questions!
