Our staff team are all now working remotely to support everyone who needs us at this moment in time.
This is a time where mental health support is needed more than ever - and we know that you might want to offer help.
How we are helping people now
Counselling - Offering telephone and online (video link) sessions to current clients.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Activities - Providing 1-2-1 telephone & online support to all current clients. Offering online training & Zoom contact sessions for groups.
Training - Delivering workshops and talks via Zoom, Webinars and other such platforms.
How you can help now
Make a donation - York Mind relies on your generosity to support the mental health of over 4500 people in the local community every year. Many of our 2020 fundraising events have been cancelled or postponed. If you are able to, please consider making a donation to help us continue these life-changing services.
£25 could pay for an hour of telephone / online support for people experiencing anxiety linked to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
£32 could pay for a Counselling session online or by phone
