Tiernan is a fighter. Born prematurely in Liverpool, he came into this world determined to beat the odds. Now aged 1, Tiernan faces a journey that most of us can’t even imagine. Diagnosed with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), he suffers with delayed development, and struggles daily. But Tiernan’s story is one of hope, resilience, and the boundless potential of a young boy with a big heart.

Despite his challenges, Tiernan’s smile lights up every room. He loves cuddles and the sound of his family’s laughter. However, his physical and emotional struggles mean he isn’t yet able to reach certain milestones, and he needs your help to unlock the possibilities his future holds.

To give Tiernan the best chance at achieving his milestones, his family is hoping to raise £15,000 for specialized therapy at Blue Skies. This remarkable program focuses on resolving retained reflexes, which will help Tiernan strengthen his core, gain stability, and eventually move around with greater independence. The therapy also addresses emotional regulation, giving Tiernan the tools he needs to manage his moods and connect with the world around him. The weekly sessions include DMI, vibration plate therapy, red light therapy and massage.
