The Citizens Advice Network in Scotland provides free, independent, impartial, and confidential advice to anyone who needs it, empowering individuals to assert their rights and access justice. With 59 CAB across Scotland, we’re here for people at their most vulnerable, offering advice when it matters most. Just last year, we helped more than 192,000 people with 680,000 advice issues.

Your donation means that we can continue to provide advice to people like Joanna. Since the death of her husband, she has experienced financial difficulty for herself and her disabled daughter.

Joanna called her local bureau and for the first time, she bravely told somebody she did not know what to do.
