Heart Heroes (HH) is committed to supporting children living with a life-limiting or life-threatening heart condition and their families. We focus on critically vulnerable children and their families providing a range of specialised activities and events that foster peer support, positive mental health and inclusivity so that no family faces their difficult journey alone.
