Story

Fundraising Target: £700 (to cover 7 sessions at £100 each)

At Headspace, we believe in the power of nature to support young people's mental health and wellbeing. This term, we're running 7 Bushcraft Wellbeing Sessions, helping young people develop essential life skills while connecting with the outdoors.

Why Bushcraft?

This programme blends experiential learning and outdoor activities to promote self-confidence, teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Young people will take part in activities such as:

🔥 Fire lighting

🏕️ Den building

🍢 Toasting marshmallows

Beyond the adventure and fun, these sessions provide valuable opportunities for personal growth and development. Young people build resilience by learning to overcome setbacks and persevere in the face of challenges—skills that are essential for navigating life’s ups and downs.

How You Can Help:

Each session costs £100 to run, covering instructor fees, equipment, and materials. We need to raise £700 to fund all 7 sessions.

£10 could help provide essential materials for one session

£25 could cover the cost of a young person’s participation

£100 could fund an entire session

Your donation will directly help young people gain confidence, build resilience, and develop crucial life skills.
