At Headspace, we believe that mindfulness is a powerful tool to help young people manage stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Our Mindfulness Wellbeing Sessions teach breath control strategies and relaxation techniques, helping young people develop emotional resilience and a sense of inner calm.
Practicing controlled breathing can activate the body’s relaxation response, helping to:

💆 Enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation
These techniques empower young people to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-assurance, giving them practical coping tools they can use anytime, anywhere.
Each session provides a safe and supportive space where young people can learn to slow down, be present, and develop strategies to improve their overall wellbeing.
Each session costs £100 to run, covering instructor fees, materials, and equipment. We need to raise £700 to fund all 7 sessions.
