Organised by LIGHT AND LIFE FREE METHODIST CHURCH WEST CORNWALLGeneral giving fund for Hayle Light and Life church, this is the place from which we resource outreach, mission and community support along with our day to day running.
Hayle Light & Life was planted from our sister church in Penzance in September 2009. We rapidly outgrew the first school hall and now meet in the largest hall in Hayle at the Hayle Academy. We have a 'shop front' office on Penpol Terrace overlooking the harbour, which is used on a daily basis for groups, clubs and drop-ins. Post-COVID we now run two services on a Sunday morning, the second service including our Children's and Youth Work.
Our heart is for more community involvement and we have a rapidly growing under-5s outreach project. Many people in our church are involved in their communities and we aim to equip them more and more to live out our Church Mission Statement "Love like Jesus, Live like Jesus, Lead to Jesus".
