Hart Voluntary Action provides a range of counselling services to meet the needs of the local community in North East Hampshire. Counselling for young people aged 11-17, adults aged 18+, whole family group counselling, and walk and talk counselling.

Story

Hart Voluntary Action offers free to access counselling support across all age groups. Each year we aim to support at least 100 young people and 60 adults with at least 10 counselling sessions each with a dedicated counsellor. Our counsellors are also offering family counselling sessions and outdoor talking therapy through our walk and talk counselling service. The cost to deliver each session is £40, but we know this is not affordable for everyone....
