Silverfit is a charity led by older people for older people. We promote happier, healthier ageing through physical activity and combat loneliness. Our `sandwich` formula of social/exercise/social is unique, helping people make new friends, feel more confident and enjoy life as they age.

Story

Silverfit sessions in Haringey, we welcome any donations from attendees to help support running costs.

Every Tuesday 11am across two venues in Haringey.

Where: Lordship Hub and Recreation Ground, Higham Rd, London N17 6NU

- Nordic Walking with Johanna in the recreation ground

- Yoga with Chris at the Hub

Where: Broadwater Farm Community Centre, Adams Road, Tottenham, London, N17 6HE

- Badminton

- Exercise Class with Move it or Lose It
