Hadrian Leisure Centre’s Annual Swimathon is a fun event supporting The White Ribbon Campaign and raising vital funds for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland.

Individuals & Teams commit to swimming one mile in one hour. That’s 64 laps!

There will be prizes for:

- Fastest child to swim one mile

- Fastest adult to swim one mile

- Fastest team

- Furthest distance - some people may pass the mile and want to see just how many laps they can get in the hour!

But your support for our swimmers will be massive! Donate to the campaign or choose an individual or team to support!

Date: Sunday 23 November

Time: 3.45 pm - 4.45 pm

Venue: Hadrian Leisure Centre, St Peters Road, Wallsend

How to Enter

The event is open to anyone aged 8+

You can enter as an individual child, individual adult, or a team. Teams can be from 2-6 participants and can be a mixture of adults and children.

If you are in a team, you can split this mile up between you, however you’d like.
