This year, on December 1, Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global day of generosity. Girls are facing unprecedented challenges, and Girl Scouts wants to help. Because at Girl Scouts, we focus on building community and sisterhood, appreciating everyones unique value, and keeping our promise to help one another through tough times.
Our girls come from a variety of financial situations. Because some Girl Scout families face challenges making ends meet or being able to participate in Girl Scouts, were working to provide financial assistance to ensure that girls can join or stay in Girl Scouts. Every $30 gift provide a free membership to a Girl Scout this year.
