This past year, weve faced unimaginable hardships. But weve also achieved tremendous positive impact in every community where we serve.

Last year when we asked you for help, we promised to work hard to sustain our association and remain strong for the thousands of individuals and families who rely on us. Since that promise, our positive impact has been life-changing for those we serve.

We promised to advance racial equity and inclusion for everyone, as a leading an anti-racist multicultural organization that intentionally leads and boldly models diverse and inclusive cultures that impact and strengthen the foundations of our community.

As an anchor in the communities we serve, the Y leads the way in our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, knowing that these efforts create better opportunities for everyone. In our critical role as community advocate and partner, your Y is uniquely positioned to bring our community together.

At this unprecedented time in our country, we remain laser focused on the most vulnerable among us, who need the Y now more than ever.

We promised to strengthen the foundations of our community by finding a way, even at the epicenter of the pandemic, to provide essential programs and services and continue to develop future leaders.
