Organised by HospiscareExeter's Great West Run is an exciting half marathon (13.1 miles!) through the heart of Devon's capital. Hospiscare is on a mission to get local people running the local half marathon to support their local hospice. Could you be a Hospiscare Hero?
On 21 May 2023, our amazing supporters will be putting on their running shoes and taking part in the Great West Run, all in aid of Hospiscare. This half marathon is quite the challenge, but #TeamHospiscare will all be taking steps to make a difference and raise vital funds to support end-of-life-care in the heart of Devon.
Hospiscare is a local charity, caring for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Our teams of doctors and nurses offer specialist palliative care, to ensure that patients can make the most of the time they have left.
As a local charity, we rely on the generosity of our community and people like you to keep our services going. We want to be there for our patients and their families when they need us most, but we can only do it with your help.
