3. EMAIL YOUR ITEM #(S), QUANTITY, AND HIGHEST BID(S) TO: adminteam@goldfinchbio.com
4. ROUND UP YOUR BID(S) TO THE NEAREST WHOLE NUMBER
5. ONLY ONE BID PER ITEM ALLOWED, SO MAKE SURE ITS YOUR BEST AND FINAL BID!
6. IN THE CASE OF TWO BIDDERS WITH THE SAME BID AMOUNT, THE ADMIN TEAM WILL REACH OUT TO YOU FOR A FURTHER BID (AFTER THE AUCTION IS CLOSED)
7. THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 8th WITH PAYMENT DETAILS
8. THE WINNING BIDDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTION OF THE ITEMS FROM THE OFFICE NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 19TH
