Story
Everyone loved the dinosaurs, hares, dragons and gorillas that have appeared in Break’s GoGo trails around Norfolk and Norwich in the past few years. Now Break are bringing GoGoSafari to our streets in Summer 2025.
The 2025 trail will involve sculptures depicting the “Big 5” safari animals: lion, elephant, gorilla, giraffe and rhinoceros. Break has agreed that we can have the King of the animal world in Reepham: a mighty Reepham lion.
But we need your help to raise the money to secure our place on the trail…
By joining us and donating to our campaign, you will be helping to put the wonderful town of Reepham on the map, which will have huge benefits for our shops, pubs and cafes - each year almost half a million people take part in these trails! It could do so much for our town and put smiles on the faces of everyone here.
Reepham Festival is a Community Interest Company (CIC) run by volunteers. Our objectives are to raise money for local charities and to support local businesses. Surplus profits from the Festival are donated to local charities and we invite a number of charities to fundraise on the festival field during the event. Break Charity is one of Reepham Festival’s Charity Partners and we’re thrilled to be working with them to make the Reepham GoGoSafari Lion happen.
* UPDATE * We are thrilled to confirm that a donation of £2,000 has been received from the 2024 Reepham Festival fundraising! A spectacular way to boost our support for making the GoGoSafari lion come to Reepham! Alongside this, we are pleased to confirm we have also received 2 x £500 and 1 x £250 donations, and £291.87 from collecting pots in Reepham, as well as other support on this page. Keep supporting and let's get a GoGoSafari Lion to Reepham!
