Story

We live in a world, where a child dies every two minutes from water related diseases. Right now, 785 million people in the world, live without access to clean water. The majority reside in isolated rural areas and spend hours every day, on a dangerous walk to collect water from neighbouring locations. This directly impacts education, income and health especially for women and children.

Global One, is building wells and water pumps that allow water scarce communities, to benefit from safe and sustainable water sources. We aim to build long-term sustainable water solutions and improve hygiene in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Kenya.

For many of us, we couldnt imagine a life without water pouring out of a tap, but for millions of people around the world, this remains a dream. Without safe and clean water to drink, people risk dehydration, disease and at worse death. With reliable access to clean water, countless lives could be saved.

You can provide life-saving access to safe water, by building a well in water scarce communities from as little as £25 a month.
