Whether it is through our Adaptive Martial Arts classes that build muscles and self-esteem, our Youth Leadership mentoring program that forms the foundation of a shared community, friendship-building and the opportunity to reimagine what life can be or our new Virtual Camp that will provide access to all the magic of a camp experience to our community who would otherwise miss out during the pandemic restrictions, there are many "serious" benefits to PLAY!
