As we celebrate our new name and look, our mission remains the same, rooted in one simple belief: Family Stays. Together, we help families stay close, supported, and strong when they need it most.

You don't have to wait until November 24 to make a difference! Every gift made between now and Giving Day helps provide comfort and care for families staying at Ronald McDonald House Greater Denver—and brings us one step closer to reaching our Giving Day goals!

Help Create Special Moments for Families

At the heart of our campaign is the annual Light the Houses Radiothon on KOSI 101, a 12-hour live broadcast filled with inspiring family stories, special guests and the incredible generosity of our community.

We have kicked off our Light the Houses Giving Day campaign, building momentum toward November 24. Our goal is to receive 300 donations by the end of Giving Day—and when we reach it, Children’s Hospital Colorado will make a generous $50,000 gift to Ronald McDonald House Greater Denver!

Every gift now through November 24 counts towards our giving day goals.

Why your support matters

When a child needs medical care, the experience affects the entire family. Days can become centered around hospital rooms, appointments and uncertainty, while parents and caregivers are focused on one thing: being there for their child. Having family by their side gives children comfort, familiarity and strength when they need it most.

At Ronald McDonald House Greater Denver, we give families a place to stay at no cost while their child receives medical care, along with nourishing meals, practical support and a community that understands. By taking care of everyday needs, we help families stay close to their child and focus on what matters most: being there through treatment and healing.

Families are at the heart of care. They are the heart of our story. And we are here to help them stay close, stay supported and stay strong.

Milestones will “unlock” special events for our families, designed to give them a much-needed break and a little bit of joy. Events include:

Ice Cream Truck

Help us bring a sweet surprise to the Houses! When we reach this donor goal, an ice cream truck will roll up to treat our families to a fun break and a little extra joy during their stay.

Princess & Superhero House Party

Help us give our families a party to remember! Special princesses and superheroes will come to our Houses for a celebration filled with fun, smiles and a little bit of magic.

Denver Nuggets or Colorado Avalanche Game

Help us give families a special night out cheering on the Denver Nuggets or Colorado Avalanche together. This all-inclusive experience will give families a chance to enjoy time together away from the hospital.

Light the Houses Holiday Party

We’ll celebrate the season with all of our families! We’ll be holding a holiday party filled with festive fun and a few surprises.
