This school year, Pace Center for Girls, Broward has supported hundreds of at-promise girls in Broward County with academic support, mental health, college & career goals, and so much more. Despite this year's challenges, we have had some incredible successes.

Our Day Program teachers adapted their skills to be able to provide both remote and in-person instruction simultaneously, using clever classroom set-ups and top-notch technology to keep our girls engaged and continuing on their journey.

Our Reach therapists kept crucial personal connections with our girls through innovative methods called Front Porch Support providing therapy with lawn chairs and umbrellas outside girls homes, finding outdoor venues where they can be socially distant and safe, or hosting creative outdoor events where girls and families could connect and heal.

No matter the obstacle, our staff found any way they could to clear the way for our girls paths to progress - whether offering financial support to their families to remove the stresses of financial instability, providing school supplies and technology to our girls, or simply by offering additional motivation, inspiration, and love whenever our girls needed it.
