Each heart comes with its own card with one of the following words, thank you, support, kindness and friendship.
Once you have made your donation please email karen@actionkidneycancer.org with the number of hearts you would like your chosen words and the addresses you would like us to post them to.
The suggested donation for each heart is £5.00 this includes the postage and packaging. The money raised from this Christmas campaign will help us to continue supporting families affected by kidney cancer.
