Get moving in March is here! Sometimes we all need a big of encouragement to get active, especially in the colder winter months, so here is your chance to get moving this March in support of your local Hospice. You can set your own targets for the month, from going for a 30 minute walk every day, completing three online work outs a week, setting yourself a running distance for the month of March or completing 15 minutes of yoga every morning. You can tailor you goal to make it achievable for you personally, and we all like to keep active in different ways.
We want to see the local community coming together, getting active and moving this March to raise funds for St. Michael`s Hospice. Last year we cared for over 330 new patients and their families at the Hospice and in patients homes, your support can help us to continue to deliver our specialist care, when it is needed most.
