Story
Thank you for taking part in Geeky T-shirt Day and the BIG Geeky Quiz in support of Childrens Hospices Across Scotland! If this past few weeks have shown us anything, it's that it can be possible to find joy in even the most difficult of circumstances. But for those families caring for some of Scotland's most vulnerable children, social isolation has meant that they could be feeling lonelier than ever.
That's where you come in!
We know these are difficult times for everyone, so we want to make sure everyone can continue to show their support for children with life-shortening conditions in whatever way they can. That doesn't always mean giving a donation. But there's no escaping the fact that this crisis has hit us hard. With many of our major fundraising activities now put on hold or postponed until further notice, reaching every child in Scotland has never been more difficult. If you can (and only if you can), please consider giving a gift to help support Scotland's most vulnerable children through this crisis.
£3 will pay for a CHAS family to receive a kindness call, so they know that even if they feel lonely, they are not alone
£1000 could pay for a senior staff nurse for one week to support children receiving end of life care in the hospices.
