Story
Daly and her three daughters, Jazlyn (14), Sa'Riya (13), and Aniyah (10), have lived in the same apartment for the last four years. The apartment is noisy, making it difficult for the girls to do homework or enjoy a quiet evening at home. Two of them share a room which means not much space and privacy. Daly wants a home with a yard for her girls to run and play in.
She has made her living working at Citizens Medical Center, and has always dreamed of owning her own home. Living in an apartment her whole life hasn't been glamorous for Daly. Where she currently lives, her rent is re-evaluated every year forcing her to spend more of her monthly income on rent and utilities.
With 300+ hours of sweat equity, homeownership classes, 0% interest mortgage, hard-working volunteers and generous donors like you, Daly and her girls can finally have a home all their own.
