Visit the charity's profileDeadly attacks on Gaza have claimed the lives of more than 40,000 Palestinians, 70% of those killed are women and children. Most hospitals across the Gaza Strip are out of action. Those still operating are under immense pressure to aid all the survivors who have been subject to airstrikes since October 7. Currently, over 75,000 people have been injured and over 1.9 million people have been driven from their homes.
Due to the blockade imposed on Gaza since October 7, supplies of fuel are almost exhausted. There are also shortages of food, water, and medicines, as the number of aid trucks crossing into Gaza each day is less than one fifth of what the UN says is needed. Prior to this escalation in conflict, 68 percent of Palestinians lived below the poverty line and had come to rely on humanitarian aid from organisations like Muslim Hands.
“Trauma is utterly unprecedented" UNICEF tells Al Jazeera that the lack of water, food, medicine and protection is becoming an even bigger threat than bombs to the lives of thousands in Gaza. UNICEF on 7th December 2023
Suhayb ibn Sinan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of you are those who feed others.”

Your donations will provide hot cooked meals to displaced families in Gaza:
£50 – provides 50 cooked meals
£100 – provides 100 cooked meals
£250 – provides 250 cooked meals
£500 – provides 500 cooked meals
£1,000 – provides 1,000 cooked meals
Everyone in Gaza is hungry, roughly 2.2 million people, are at crisis levels or worse. There is a risk of famine if intense hostilities and restricted humanitarian access persist or worsen. We are partnering with the World Food Programme (WFP) to help provide hot and nutritious meals throughout Gaza to households with especially vulnerable members and those living in especially dire and challenging situations.
These hot meals will be provided to displaced people in informal shelters and camps, people with disabilities, women, and children in the most congested areas where there are limited cooking facilities. Special emphasis will be placed on scaling up meal distributions in the northern parts of the Gaza Strip, where access has been especially challenging.
Each meal contains a minimum of 1,500 calories. These meals will include a variety of food including rice, pasta, pulses and local vegetables and livestock wherever possible.
Please continue to help ease the suffering of our brothers and sisters in Gaza and help provide hot cooked meals.
