Visit the charity's profileAcross Gaza, sources of clean, potable water are extremely scarce. Approximately two million Gazans suffer from a shortage of water, which gets exponentially worse during the summer.
Nearly 2 million people in Gaza are affected by widespread water shortages. This includes 983,623 women and 991,428 children who are exposed to numerous public health risks related to poor water quality and poor wastewater collection and treatment.

IDRF aims to fulfill the 6th Sustainable Development Goal of Clean Water in Gaza by digging and establishing five main water wells providing a sustainable source of potable water to the most vulnerable and in-need places across Gaza, such as hospitals, schools, and essential spaces.

90% of all proceeds will go directly to water Wells in Gaza and 10% for operational and admin costs through IDRF, a registered Canadian Charitable Organization (Registration No. 132542705RR0001).
