Over the course of the COVID pandemic, we faced a great obstacle in serving the local community through funeral services as our funeral facilities do not meet the current standards. A sad reality was we couldnt facilitate the funeral services of the masjid for our own two imaams who passed away from COVID due to these new legislations.

This project aims to remove the current obstacles faced and provide better funeral facilities for the present and future community. The purpose built funeral building will entail; a dedicated Ghusl khaana and shrouding area, Deedar and Taziyyat facilities and designated rooms for men and women.
