Story
Closing Grace's Place, our children's hospice in Bury, was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do. It's made us more determined than ever (and we were pretty determined before!) to be here for children and families however and whenever they need us, whatever their future holds.
And we know there are so many people who want to help us do that want to help us protect the future of our hospice, Russell House and the services we provide to children and families across the whole of West Yorkshire. But they don't know where to start.
Start here. Start by helping us fund 24 hours of care at our children's hospice.
Because even just 24 hours is packed full at Forget Me Not with an overnight stay at Russell House for a child to give his mum and dad a break, with a dip in our hydrotherapy pool for a family who can't go to a public swimming pool, with a counselling session for a sister who's struggling a little, with a singalong around the piano with our little stars, plus lots and lots of fun, games, love and laughter. And for those families whose child is at the end of their life, precious time spent making lasting memories in a truly supportive, private and dignifying environment.
Simply by donating whatever you can today, you'll help us help families make the most of every minute they have together.
Help us raise the £8,219 it costs to provide 24 hours of the vital care and support we deliver every day through our hospice at Russell House and out in the community. Support that helps families make the most of every minute they have together every minute that costs from £5.70 to deliver.
Donate today to help fund tomorrow and help us be here for families now and for years to come.
Because whether your donation funds a minute, an hour, or a day of care, it will help us be here for families, however they need us, whatever the future holds.
Thank you!
