Hopeful Futures Virtual Challenge
Thank you for signing up to the Myeloma UK Four Nations, One Team challenge where you will be enjoying a scenic route in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Whether you like walking, running, swimming or cycling - or all of them - you can complete the distance however you choose.
We are all hopeful that a vaccine will help people return to a normal way of life but, for myeloma patients, we know it will be a more arduous journey. COVID-19 is not only a threat to the survival of myeloma patients today but one that will leave a serious legacy long after the vaccine programme is a distant memory. We are asking for your support now to ensure myeloma patients receive the support and care they desperately need today and deserve tomorrow.
Every donation is helping to fund our work to create a hopeful future for our myeloma community:
- £20 could send our GP Diagnostic tool to 15 GPs, helping them to spot myeloma sooner
- £60 could provide an hour of free support to a myeloma patient or family member through our Myeloma Infoline
- £125 could help us gather evidence for a drug appraisal to ensure effective treatments like lenalidomide are available on the NHS
- £1,000 could support the development of a clinical trial to give patients early access to new drugs and therapies
You can create your very own JustGiving page by clicking on the Start Fundraising button above and then share your page with family and friends to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
