This years event takes place on Sunday 26th May 2024

This is your chance to participate in this event by pledging to raise at least £300 in Sponsorship for Home-Start Essex. Your support means that we can continue to help struggling families in Mid, South & West Essex.

The 100 Mile Bike ride begins in Central London and then heads out through the London boroughs of Westminster, City of London, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney, Waltham Forest, and Redbridge before going North towards Essex via Epping Forest and passing through towns such as Epping, Ongar & Great Dunmow.

Participants will ride on many of the same roads as the 2014 Tour de France peloton, taking in the sights of Chelmsford before returning to finish in London. The course is an evolved edition of the one used for the first two editions of Ford Ride London-Essex and will likely begin on London’s Embankment and finish on Tower Bridge,although that has still to be confirmed.

Ride London is the world’s greatest festival of cycling, involving 100,000+ cyclists – from Olympic champions to a free family fun ride – riding in events over closed roads in London and Essex.
