We're raising money to support our vital community work - delivering regular packages of frozen meals made with food surplus to individuals and families affected by food poverty.

The past few months have been spent getting Food Chain's operations off the ground and the kitchen has been buzzing with activity. We're currently supporting a small group of clients in the S11 area, and looking to expand our reach. Many of our clients' needs are not met by other forms of food support, such as food banks, due to disability or caring responsibilities. Our work allows them to receive nutritious, sustainable (and microwavable!) meals delivered directly to their door by bicycle, every week.

At the moment, we are fundraising to help cover the costs incurred in getting the project up and running - such as purchasing equipment, staple items like the containers we use to package our meals, and the dried food items we use to supplement our cooking.
