Throughout the month of January, we’re challenging you to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity a day—whether you’re walking, running, cycling, swimming, or dancing in your living room! At home or at the gym, Every step, every movement will help support mental health services in your community, making a real difference for those who need it most.
