Story
It is important to take a little time out to look after yourself, do something you enjoy and have fun. Come and take our FitFeb challenge, regardless of age or ability, there is something for everyone.
Elise is fed-up of lockdown and online schooling, she is doing the FitFeb challenge by volunteering to walk the dog for an hour every day for 3 weeks. Elise says "It gives me chance to get outside in the fresh air, it makes me feel well in myself and happy that I am fundraising to help support the patients who are poorly in hospital at the same time".
Steve, who has cystic fibrosis, is shielding and has been too frightened to socialise outside since the pandemic struck. He has made a donation and is challenging his friends to a daily game of online scrabble. "Playing scrabble online has given me something positive to mentally focus upon and inter-acting with friends has made me feel less isolated".
Can you challenge yourself to an activity and sign up to our FitFeb to help make a difference? All funds raised go directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Centre to help support our cystic fibrosis patients at a time when they most need us.
