FAST UK continue in to 2023 to run the Cure Angelman Now (CAN) Campaign along with our global counterparts across the world. We are very keen to encourage as many people to take part as possible to try and help us to spread the word about Angelman Syndrome in order to raise awareness, as well as to help us raise much needed funds so that we can continue to facilitate and fund the Natural History Study at Oxford University which we have committed to do for another 2 years.

We need your help please and we encourage and applaud all fundraising however big or small. So dust off your baking equipment, running shoes, golf clubs, swimming costume, compass or whatever you see fit and help us to reach our goal to double the amount that we raised last year.

To try and encourage you further, we are offering some wonderful prizes which can be awarded to anyone taking part.

The Fundraising Campaign is a challenge in which the entrant that raises the highest amount for FAST UK will receive the 1st Prize, as described below. There will be a further wild card prize in which one entrant will be randomly selected to receive a prize, as described below. A total of 2 prizes will be awarded. All entrants can request to receive a FAST UK water bottle.

1st Prize: 2 Economy flights to Miami, 2 Gala tickets and 3 nights stay at the Diplomat Beach Resort Miami, Florida.

Wild card prize: 2 Economy flights to Miami and £350 spending money.

If either winner (1st prize or wild card prize) has no affiliation to someone with Angelman Syndrome and would prefer not to attend the Gala, the prizes on offer are: 1st prize, Economy flights to Miami or a US city of your choice for 2 people and £750 spending money. Wild card prize: Economy flights to Miami or a US city of your choice for 2 people and £350 spending money.
