THANK YOU for vising the fundraising page of the 2019 Falmouth Road Race ALS ONE IRON KNIGHTS Team, raising funds for ALS ONE!
WHAT IS ALS ONE? ALS ONE is an unprecedented partnership of the worlds leaders in ALS from Massachusetts General Hospital, UMass Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, ALS Therapy Development Institute, and CCALS. Together, they have joined forces on a shared Science Plan. An approach to a disease to this extent has never been taken. They have committed to finding a treatment or cure for ALS by the year 2020, while improving the care model for those living with ALS now.
ONE TEAM: Dr. Robert Brown Jr., MD, DPhil UMass Medical Center, Dr. Merit Cudkowicz, MD, MSc Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Steve Perrin, Ph.D. ALS Therapy Development Institute, Dr. Nazem Atassi, MD Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. James Berry, MD Massachusetts General Hospital, Ron Hoffman, Founder and Director Compassionate Care ALS (CCALS).
ONE GOAL: Identify a breakthrough treatment for ALS by 2020 and improve the care now for those battling ALS.
Our Falmouth Road Race team is united in the fight against ALS, just like the ALS ONE partnership team has been united in their research and care plans.
THANK YOU from the bottom of our green arrow on our logo, and the bottom of our hearts! YOU are truly making a difference!
