This year, forty years after we were founded, Exeter College Vacation Project is undergoing an important restructuring to become the modern and forward-thinking charity we wish to be, as we undergo changes to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), rebranding under the name ExVac.

While these changes are absolutely necessary for the charity's future, we are facing some significant one-off costs this year as we seek legal help to do this transition properly.

In order to continue running our wonderful holiday experiences for children in the Oxfordshire area, as well as coping with these legal costs, we need your support now more than ever.
