Enrych

Mount Snowdon! A real climb challenge, and our very own virtual climb in NW Leics.

Sam will be scaling the real Mount Snowdon while fundraisers do the equivalent in climbs at Clip 'n' Climb at Whitwick & Coalville Leisure Centre. This is to raise essential funds for Enrych to support people with disabilities and poor mental health.

Story

A fabulous collaboration of a real Mount Snowdown Challenge and our very own virtual mount Snowdown challenge here in Northwest Leicestershire

Sam makes headway by scaling the largest mountain in Wales as he starts his ascent on foot at 10am. We will do our every own version here at the Clip and Climb facility at the Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre.

We will have a live link up as Sam hits the summit, while our community super heroes rise to the challenge to scale a whopping 1,085 metres (equivalent of 108 Climbs)

Come join us for a great family day out at our "Fun"draiser event where we will have activities stalls and plenty of things to do for all ages.

We invite local businesses to sponsor and support this event

Our Sponsors will:

- Have their name promoted on social media, radio and within the local community.

- Have their company logo printed on Enrych T shirts for the actual Snowdon climb.

- Invited to event as VIP'S to join us for Tea and Coffee with a photo and certificate presentation on the day.

For 35 years Enrych has empowered adults living with a disability or poor mental health, particularly those who are socially isolated, to live the most active and independent lives possible. This is achieved through our teams of Personal Assistants and Volunteers. Our PA Support Service is a one-to-one person-centred service to increase independence and confidence at home and in the community and access leisure and learning activities. Our team support those we serve with tasks around the house, getting out and about to enjoy activities in the community or to achieve learning, social, volunteering, and work-related goals. Our mission is to empower them to live independently and gain independence at home and in the community. The Enrych Volunteers Service Support has a network of amazing volunteers who can phone or visit every now and again plus a range of online sessions to reduce social isolation. The Enrych Digital Inclusion service introduces digital technology to adults living with a disability and their carers to enable them to access online services and information. Those we serve can also access the many social activities facilitated by our Enrych Teams to enable them to connect with like-minded people in their community.
