Story
Lancashire Cricket is committed to empowering women and girls who want to play cricket at all levels. By donating today you will help us inspire the next generation of female cricketers, providing them with the support they need to achieve to the best of their abilities.
The Women and Girl's game is one of the fastest growing areas of cricket here at the Lancashire Cricket Foundation, with more clubs than ever now operating a Women and Girl's section.
We provide dedicated support to over 100 clubs through our Cricket Development Officers. Our girl's only programmes introduce young females to the game from the age of five, whilst our inter-league programme help nurture the best of the talent in the county.
Speaking about The Lancashire Cricket Foundation's work with women and girls, one parent had the following to say:
The inter-league programme has been amazing for the development of not only my daughters cricket skill but also her confidence. There has been the change from going to cricket and enjoying to an absolute love for the game, which has developed over this season. I have no doubt the inter-league training sessions and spending time with a group of girls who feel the same has contributed massively. Thank you for all your time and effort.
It's what you see, feel and hear that makes you want to be the next Kate Cross, Ellie Threlkeld or Emma Lamb, who have all come through the Lancashire system. So donate today and help us unearth the future stars of Lancashire Women's Cricket.
