Story
Emmy was the most remarkable, beautiful, inspirational, kind and caring soul that there has ever been and when she was diagnosed with a rare form of incurable cancer in March 2016, she decided to fundraise for the Hospital that was treating her - The Royal Marsden. They are the most incredible hospital and they gave us strength in the darkest hours and hope when we had no right to have any.
Tragically Emmy passed away in June 2017, but she had raised more than £120,000 by the time that she died.
All the money raised for The Emmy Coates Thyroid Cancer Research Fund goes towards funding invaluable drug development and improved diagnostics within the Head & Neck Unit at The Royal Marsden Hospital.
Every single penny raised really will make a difference!
